Why Choose ACHIEVE?

Achieve doe's not just place any available person to provide supports, we believe in specialized training in the various areas of needs of the people we support, for instance if a participant is living with a psychosocial disability, we will select a mental health support worker, who has been trained by us as well having qualifications such as Mental first aid, Cert IV in Mental Health. And for participants living with ASD, we would allocate a support professional trained in ASD, they understand the spectrum and the varied needs and levels of support required.

Our services are characterized by robust structure, which includes efficient data collection systems and strong management structures. We emphasize a very short chain of command to ensure timely and responsive decision making.

Our onboarding process is holistic and takes into account the participant and family input. We also meet with the allied health team to ensure that we design the supports effectively. Our aim is to ensure all behavior support and other plans are implemented and measured, to ensure that participant goals are met or at the least progress is made in achieving them.

Who can access ACHIEVE supported accommodation?

All NDIS-funded participants up to the age of 65. We undertake an intake assessment, during this assessment we consider your needs and our service capacity. Following that we will communicate with you and anyone in your support network to plan any potential transition of identified supports.
